The 10 Stories Stay properties will begin welcoming guests on 25 April.
Membership registration
10 Stories Stay generally uses advance guest registration and a membership system.
You can stay from just one night.
There are four types: GUEST with no monthly fee, FUN at ¥1,500 a month for discounted room rates, and the LITE and STANDARD subscription plans.
FUN, LITE and STANDARD also offer preferential rates at 10 Stories Hotels such as Satoyama Jujo and Matsumoto Jujo.

FUN, LITE and STANDARD have a minimum contract term of six months.
Yuzawa Uonuma and Oze welcome guests of elementary-school age and above. Matsumoto welcomes guests of junior high school age and above; elementary-school children and younger children cannot stay.

Under the launch campaign, April’s membership fee was waived.
Monthly fees applied from May, with the first month prorated for mid-month registrations.
Three properties open together: Minamiuonuma in Niigata, Matsumoto in Nagano, and Okutadami in Niigata.
