| Returns, exchanges, defective items and cancellation | Subscription cancellation may be requested through Account Information on the member page. The STANDARD plan has a minimum contract term of six months after membership registration is completed. After the sixth payment is completed, monthly fees already received at the time cancellation is requested are not refunded. |
